While living in residence, students experience a sense of community and camaraderie that will provide the supports needed to succeed. Our residence is within walking distance to main campus and is close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Students should have no challenges getting their steps in while living at residence.

Room Features
Our rooms are shared accommodation and feature two beds, two desks with chairs and desk lamps, two closets with shelving, three-piece washroom with bathtub and shower.
Common Room
Centrally located within the residence is a games room where students have a variety of gaming options and can also access a large screen tv for watching movies or cheering on your favourite sports teams.
Laundry Facilities
A 24-hour laundry room is located on the first floor. Students can purchase a laundry card and reload with a credit card or debit card as needed.
Study Lounge
Take a break from your residence room or study quietly with classmates in our in-residence study lounge.
